The purpose of the Welsh Blood Service user guide is to describe the range of tests and services provided by the Welsh Blood Service (WBS) diagnostic laboratories. It will be of use to medical, nursing and scientific staff in transfusion laboratories, haematology departments and others involved in e.g. antenatal care. The user guide contains information about the range of services available and contact details for key WBS staff.
