Education Strategy

The BHP and consequently the BHNOG have identified a number of key strategic aims relevant to transfusion which facilitate best practice. Integral to one of these aims is the development of a transfusion education strategy. 

The BHNOG Education Strategy (link below) will focus on key groups and individuals to support and assist the delivery of transfusion education whilst understanding the training requirement on HBs and the importance of using engaging and innovative techniques to not only deliver the education but also embed transfusion principles and promote the safety culture associated with safe transfusion practice.
